Legal protection that doesn’t pause for office hours.
Triage, drafted letters, deadline scanning, and licensed-attorney bookings — running on an always-on agent, inside one membership priced where the legal-plan industry already competes.
- Demand-letter-class output
- Continuous deadline scan
- Attorney-booked, no phone tree
The service loop
One agent. Four jobs done continuously, on the same thread.
The work runs in a loop, not a queue. Tap any stage to see what the agent does, what it drafts, and what it queues. The handoff to a licensed attorney is handled by the same agent that raised the question.
A first read on every matter, the moment you open the app.
Describe the situation or drop a document in. The agent classifies the matter and decides what it can handle in the app versus what needs a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. You see the routing before anything is signed, filed, or sent.

Compliance
What the agent handles — and where it hands off.
The membership is structured as a legal-information and document-preparation service. The agent handles triage, drafted templates, and scheduling; tailored advice and representation go to a lawyer in your jurisdiction when the matter calls for it.
Lexloom’s agent is built as a legal-information service: it helps you understand what’s going on, drafts letters from established templates, and handles scheduling. It does not present itself as a lawyer and does not generate advice tailored to your specific situation — that stays with a professional when you need one.
When a matter moves from information into advice or representation — your wording, your strategy, a filing on your behalf — the agent connects you with a lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. The handoff runs through the same agent that raised the question, so context does not get lost in the transfer.
Demand letters, response letters, and document summaries are drafted from established templates covering common situations. You edit them to read in your voice and reflect your facts, and the final document is yours. The agent never writes from scratch pretending to be representation.

Chad Davis
Founder
- Previous role: Senior Associate, LegalShield
Chad founded Lexloom to put a legal-information and document-preparation membership within reach for households the office-hours model has long undersold — triage, drafted templates, deadline scanning, and a direct line to a licensed attorney, all on the same thread.
His tenure as a Senior Associate at LegalShield showed him where the membership model strains: triage is the bottleneck, and the hours between intake and a letter rarely line up with real time. Lexloom is his attempt to close those gaps without crossing into representation the platform is not built to provide.
Born in Jamaica and a former recording artist before law, he brings a working-artist’s discipline to operations and a first-generation ear for the households that rarely see the inside of a lawyer’s office.
